100% old-vine Chardonnay from parcels in Viré-Clessé & Montbellet. Grapes are hand-harvested, slowly directly pressed and spontaneously ferment and age in neutral barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2. 13.5%ABV
