The Details

From the famed Clos Roche Blanche, this is Menu Pineau, Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, & Meslier Saint-François. A mix of young & old vines (>70 years-old for the Sauvignon), grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously ferment and age sur lie in stainless steel for upwards of 10 months prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
