About the wine

100% Pinot Blanc ("Beli" = Blanc). After a hand harvest, the grapes are macerated with the skins for 15 days in old wood casks. The wine ages for 24 months on the lees in oak and then rests in bottle for an 6 additional months. Unfined, unfiltered.
