From Northern Slovenia in Lower Styra, this is equal parts Rumeni plavec, Kraljevina, Muscat Ottonel, Traminer, Welschriesling, Pinot blanc. 3-day maceration and spontaneous fermentation followed by pressing. Matured for 6-months in stainless steel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2. 11% ABV
