About the wine

Cru Beaujolais! 100% Gamay organically cultivated in the perennially underloved, overdelivering cru of Moulin-à-Vent. The grapes spontaneously ferment whole cluster, semi carbonically. 15-18 day maceration. Aged in concrete prior to being bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
