A perennial favorite of the shop, Koehler-Ruprecht's pitch-perfect Pinot Blanc from the Pfalz! 

100% Weissburgunder (aka Pinot Blanc) vinified bone dry but very ripe. A late-harvest selection of older vines (40-50 years old) planted in limestone soils mostly from the Steinacker and some from Saumagen. Mineral-driven and creamy with a touch of acidity.
