The Details

From Nelson on the northern tip of the south island of New Zealand, this is 50% Viognier, 40% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Pinot Noir. Viognier and Sauvignon blanc are barrel fermented and aged in barrels for 6 months, and then in steel for 3 months, total of 9 months. The Pinot noir part is direct pressed (blanc de noirs) and added to the blend. No filtration, fining and no additives. Zero/zero.
