The Details

Field blend. 50% Viognier, 15% Pinot Gris, 15% Sauvignon Blanc, 5% Riesling and 5% Pinot Blanc. Whole bunch pressed. Fermented in old oak and steel, aged in 80% old oak and 20% steel for 10 months. Unfined, unfiltered with no SO2.
