The Details

From the Roussillon, this is organically cultivated Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris & Macabeu. Grapes are hand-harvested and directly pressed to fiberglass vat for spontaneous co-fermentation prior to élevage for 6-9 months and being bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
