50% Gamay, 25% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay, rosé pet nat. A relatively short maceration and élevage take place before being bottled in the ancestral method -- fermentation finishing under crown-cap -- unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
A healthy dose of residual sugar on this one...not a crusher! Slightly indulgent, with ample fruit and a creamy bubble.
