The Details

Négoce orange! From a neighbor's fruit, this is Chardonnay/Riesling organically cultivated in the southern Beaujolais. Grapes are hand-harvested and co-macerate for 8 days prior to pressing and spontaneous fermentation/élevage in ceramic egg for 9 months. A portion of the Riesling which garnishes the final blend fermented and aged separately in buried Georgian Qvevri on the property. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
