The Details

A combination of 9-46 year-old vines of Trebbiano, Malvasia, & Verdicchio planted in the limestone/clay soils of Central Eastern Italy's Le Marche, the grapes are hand harvested before co-macerating for a week and a half prior to pressing to neutral french oak barrels where the wine finishes fermentation & rests for a year. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. (zero/zero)
