100% biodynamically cultivated Pineau d'Aunis from Saumur's tuffeau soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, softly pressed and spontaneously ferment in neutral vessel before being bottled a la ancestral method as a pét-nat. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.  Pitch-perfect.
