The Details

"Batussa" is the small négociant (purchased fruit) label from Oscar Navas, who was originally part of the 4 Kilos winery on Mallorca before deciding to start a small winery in his family's home region of Catalunya.

100% Macabeu spontaneously fermented on the skins for 1 day prior to pressing and a short maturation in tank before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 11%ABV
