Vermont. Sparkling red pet nat of Marquette, Frontenac Noir, St. Croix, Frontenac Blanc, Frontenac Gris & La Crescent. Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with wild yeasts. Fermentation finishes in bottle and no sulphur is added.
