The Details
Rarest Grange aux Belles cuvée returns after.... 8 years perhaps? Chenin and Romorantin (!) on pink schistous soils in Anjou. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed, and spontaneously ferment and age in neutral vessel for up to a year before bottling unfined, unfiltered, low to no additional SO2 dependent on vintage (<15ppm if used).
