The Details
Unbelievable Red Burgundy from a very hard-to-find producer. Oronce de Beler started the endeavor in 2005 as a Burgundian natural micro-négoce and moved the project to a new cellar space in 2017 in Nuits-Saint-Georges. This cuvée is sourced from organically cultivated Pinot Noir planted in the clay/limestone soils of Comblanchien. Grapes are hand-harvested, macerate, spontaneously ferment and age in neutral barrel for 12-16 months before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
