Carignan/Grenache/Mourvèdre from Calce in the Roussillon. Grapes are hand-harvested and semi-carbonically macerate in concrete vat and neutral barrique for spontaneous fermentation and élevage for 6 months sur lie. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12%ABV
