The Details

This is a crisp and juicy red wine from Xavier Braujou who works fourteen hectares of vines in the south of France.

Tasting Notes: Aromatics of oakwood, earth, and the fresh spice of cinnamon trees perfumed as after a sun-shower are followed by ripe brambleberry with a crispy, refreshing character to the tannins.

Vinification: 100% Syrah from Herault (Languedoc), this wine is spontaneously fermented and then aged for 12 months all in stainless steel tanks.
