100% Chasselas from Marin in the Haute-Savoie at around 500m elevation, biodynamically farmed by David Humbert aka La Vigne Sauvage. Grapes are hand-harvested and macerate for 1 month prior to racking, a 1 month settling and bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 10.9% ABV
