"Kidev erti" means 'one more' in Georgian, and is often heard when sharing wine & spirits with friends.
100% Rkatsiteli with four days of skin contact in qvevri before being pressed, after which it spends another month in qvevri. Secondary fermentation occurs in bottle. No SO2.
