The Details

100% Gamay from 50-70 year-old vines cultivated in a parcel of Beaujolais-Villages around Brouilly. Hand-harvested, spontaneously fermented and pressed after a short maceration all in concrete tank. Maturation lasts 6-9 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
