The Details

100% Gamay organically cultivated with biodynamic practices in the Touraine of the Loire by Laurent Lebled. Vines are 50-75 years-old. Grapes are hand-harvested and carbonically macerate for 30 days in concrete tank prior to pressing and racking to fiberglass vat for a short élevage. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12.5%ABV
