100% Menu Pineau from 50-70 year-old vines organically cultivated in Touraine's siliceous clayey limestone soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed and carbonically macerate for 15 days in fiberglass prior to pressing and racking also to fiberglass for aging. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12.5%ABV
