The Details

100% Cabernet Franc from organically cultivated vines near Chinon in sandy soils. Grapes are hand-harvested from 50-70 year-old vines and carbonically macerate in a combination of stainless steel and fiberglass vat prior to pressing and élevage also in neutral vessels. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
