The Details

A legend in the Thirst family, the Le Coste "Pizzicantes" are field blends of Sangiovese, Merlot and several ungrafted indigenous red varieties, co-fermented and bottled pét-nat method. If you are into shrubs (the vinegar sodas often found in Eastern Europe), this will be for you: prickly balsamic, with tart cranberry jam. The type of natural wine that is clearly being cheeky, but is precisely made. No additions, including SO2.
