The new vintage of Ripazzo Bianco is a blend of Procanico and Malvasia (plus a few other varietals scattered throughout the field), fermented on the skins and bottled unfined, unfiltered with no SO2.
Tropical and fleshy, with gorgeous citrus aromatics and lively acidity. Perfect for a sunny day apertivo with Dula Peep on full blast.
