90% Grenache, 10% Syrah from Natural Wine Legends Gérald & Jocelyne Oustric who work in the "wine valley" Valvigneres (etymology: Vallis Vinaria = Wine Valley) of south-central Ardèche. 

Grenache is directly pressed, Syrah sees 1-day whole-bunch maceration before being added to the Grenache. Spontaneous fermentation and short maturation (8 months) follows. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
