Pure, Pure, Pure Ethereal, Light Red Burgundy.
100% Pinot Noir from 50-60 year-old vines planted in the clay/limestone soils southwesterly exposed in the Clos des Godeaux of Savigny-les-Beaune. The grapes are 100% destemmed and short macerated prior to pressing with gentle daily pump-overs and 2 foot punch-downs at the end of spontaneous fermentation. Neutral oak élevage for ~10 months prior to being bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2. 12.5%ABV
