Biodynamically cultivated from one of the leading low-intervention, classically-presenting producers of Calce.

53% Syrah, 41% Carignan and 6% Grenache are vinified separately. The whole bunches are fermented in oak and tanks with their naturally occurring yeasts for 8-12 days before aging separately in neutral 500l oak barrels and 3000l oak tanks, depending on the vintage between 4-30 months. The final blend is bottled the following March. Unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2 at bottling. 13%ABV
