The Details

An assemblage of Sylvaner, Riesling, & Auxerrois - kind of a petit Edelzwicker from Lé Dirringer in Dambach. Organically cultivated, grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed to neutral barrel and tank for spontaneous fermentation and aging of ~6 months before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. Pithy and bright!
