Organically cultivated Trollinger & Muskat-Trollinger from Swabia. Grapes are hand-harvested and co-macerate for 36 hours prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in stainless steel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2. 11.5% ABV
