The Details

Exclusive collaboration with his importer, Super Glou, this is 55% Sauvignon Blanc and 45% Riesling from organically cultivated vines aging ~45 years planted in the Siliceous sandstone soils of Swabia's Württemerg. The grapes are directly pressed and spontaneously ferments in stainless steel tank prior to being bottled a la ancestral method (pét-nat), finishing fermentation (to dry) under crown-cap. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12%ABV
