100% Gamay from Savoie, particularly the glacial-moraine-subsoils of the Saint-Victoire, Léchère, & Le Carroz parcels of Haut-Savoie's Frangy. A short half-half destemmed/whole-cluster maceration is followed by pressing into egg-shaped vat where the juice spontaneously ferments and the wine ages a further 6 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal SO2 at bottling. 12%ABV
