The Details

In 2022 Cabane De Jeanne was a blend of Grenache Blanc & Ugni Blanc as in 2021 Joe sold his Marsanne parcel believing it not suited to the changing climate. 

He decided to press the Grenache Blanc direct and macerate the Ugni Blanc in the juice for around 7 days whole bunch very gently. It's resulted in a wonderfully fleshy, aromatic wine full of fruit, but balanced with acidity and texture. Very delicious!
