The Details

René-Jean Dard's (of Dard & Ribo!) solo micro-négoce venture. This cuvée is sourced from biodynamically cultivated vines in the Ardèche by Patricia & Rémi Bonneton. Marsanne/Roussanne/Sylvaner. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed, spontaneously fermented and aged for a 6 months prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
