The Details
Grenache Noir / Terret Bouret co-ferment from our faves in the Hérault, Julie Brosselin & Ivo Ferreira of Les Cigales dans La Fourmilière (tr.: "Cicadas in the Anthill" derived from an old French poem and more modern song). Meaning "Low-tide" the wine is a beautiful reflection of this odd place, filled with scrubby coastline that-a-way and jagged sierra strewn with ancient olive groves upland.
