The Details

From a very exciting new domaine in Burgundy! Laurence and Nina (from North Wales and Switzerland, originally, respectively) are a micro-négoce based in Auxey-Duresses in the same facility previously used by their friend Jon Purcell (Vin Noé). 

100% organically cultivated Aligoté sourced from Igé in the Mâcon. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed to stainless steel. There is a minimal sulfur dose at crush (<15ppm) and the wine, after aging, is bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
