This is a very light, cheerful red brimming with energy and red-fruit into a chalky, smooth finish. Reminiscent of poulsard but not quite as floral - carries some fresh/woodsy/meadowscrub on the nose. A completely one-of-a-kind take on Grenache Noir, especially old-vine (!) southern rhône Grenache. Bonkers. From Les Frères Soulier who tend 8hectares of vines in St. Hilaire-d'Ozilhan, Gard, France.
Vinification: 100% grenache, semi-carbonic vinification
