VARIETY : Syrah/Tempranillo
TERROIR : North-west facing hillside, clay-limestone plot crossed by a vein of white clay.
HARVEST : hand picked
VINIFICATION : “We kept some barrels of 2019 aside, the 2020 went through 2 years of alcoholic fermentation + and combined it with the 2021 harvest. The three vintages are direct presses. Fermented and aged in barrels during 12 to 36 months without ouillage but without yeast flor."
