The Details
Grenache and Syrah from 60 year-old vines in the Gard planted to, primarily, limestone soils. Grenache is semi-carbonically macerated while Syrah is directly pressed. Spontaneous fermentation and élevage for 9 months in barrique. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
