The Details
100% Altesse from 20 year-old vines planted on the rocky limestone scree of the En Paradis lieu-dit in Bugey. Grapes are hand-harvested, softly pressed and spontaneously ferment and age in sandstone amphorae before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal (10ppm) added SO2. 12.2% ABV
