The Details

From the Ardèche this is organically cultivated 40-50 year-old Grenache Noir farmed on sandy-clay loam soils with basaltic bedrock around Mirabel. Grapes are hand-harvested, whole-bunch macerate for 10 days in fiberglass tank before pressing and racking to stainless for a maturation of around 6 months before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 13% ABV
