The Details
100% Chenin Blanc from 20-35 year-old biodynamically cultivated vines planted in the clay/limestone/flint soils of Jasnières. 2 separate plots produce this beautiful wine in the municipality of Lhomme, the westernmost end of this most northerly outpost for cultivating Chenin. Grapes are hand-harvested, slowly pressed and the juice spontaneously ferments and ages thereafter for 14 months sur lie in neutral barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
