The Details
70% Grenache & Syrah from organically cultivated vines in the Languedoc & 30% Clairette from organically cultivated vines in the Lubéron. Grapes are hand-harvested, 10-month whole-cluster maceration of the red grapes in the directly pressed white juice of Clairette. Aging in neutral vessel prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 11.5% ABV
