About the wine

100% Chenin from 30 year old vines grown in the clay and sandstone soils of this bottling's eponymous Les Mouettes parcel near Beaulieu in the western Loire Valley. Directly pressed, teh grapes are statically settled prior to transfer into epoxy/fiberglass tank. Blended and bottled not long after. Unfined, unfiltered, no added SO2.
