The Details

From the Haut-Savoie, this is young vine Altesse planted by Yann Pernuit that he farms biodynamically on a limestone scree in the Ayse (small village halfway between the Geneva airport and Chamonix famous for Gringet). Grapes are directly pressed, and spontaneously ferment and age in a combination of neutral vessels prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 11.5%ABV
