100% Riesling from biodynamically cultivated vines - their three high-altitude parcels directly below the three castles (Pündericher Marienburg, Traben-Trarbacher Gravenburg, and Wolfer Klosterberg). Directly pressed and spontaneously fermented and aged in stainless steel for at least a year before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
