The Details

The assemblage cuvée from Lesom this is a combination of all 8 of their vineyard sites (total surface area of their vines is under 2 hectares!) including Briedeler Nonnengarten, Briedeler Herzchen, Pündericher Marienburg, Enkircher Herrenberg, Trarbacher Burgberg, Trabener Würzgarten, Wolfer Sonnenlay, & Wolfer Klosterberg. Grapes are biodynamically cultivated, hand-harvested and gently pressed to tank and neutral barrel prior to blending and aging for up to a year in neutral barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 11% ABV
