The Details

100% Riesling from an assemblage of their biodynamically cultivated vines throughout the Mosel. Grapes are hand-harvested, gently pressed to tank where spontaneous fermentation begins and is bottled a la ancestral method (pét-nat) prior to the completion of primary fermentation. Unfined, unfiltered, undisgorged, no additional SO2. 11% ABV
